Too Much Padding after a carriage return in text box

There seems to be too much padding in a text box content box. Can I reduce the padding?

    Unfortunately text boxes insert extra space after a carriage return. I have a couple of text boxes on my site but since I've seen this behavior I've pretty much switched to using HTML boxes for most text.

    Another (what I call) bug in the text box formatting:
    If you set up multiple paragraphs (meaning you have Enter or Shift+Enter to separate sections), but then need to change the font size of all of them, if you highlight all of them and change the font you also collapse the material into one paragraph.

    If you need to do this, change the font size one paragraph at a time.
