CSS selector for keyworded pages?

Hi, is there a way to define a CSS rule for content that would only apply to galleries keyworded a certain way?
I was hoping perhaps to find CSS classes added to the body tag for my keywords, like "keyword-family" etc. I'd like to define a style rule that applies to any gallery with a specific keyword.
