Is it possible to adjust splash delay in slideshows?

We used to be able to adjust the display time of a splash image in legacy SmugMug.
Is it possible to customise this in new SmugMug?

Using Nicholas Sherlock's superb backup facility, I find that there is a splash delay parameter quoted.
This would suggest that, with some clever CSS, the splash delay might be customised.

I should be most grateful to have guidance from a Dgrin expert.

I don't see an option for that in the fullscreen slideshow (background). I haven't checked for the slideshow content block though.
