Pin title in the top

Hi, could you please help me if there is any way to pin the title and the menu bars on the top of the page so not to scroll down with the page?

My site is http://stratios.smugmug.com/

    customize > customize site
    In think you have to highlight "entire site" at the top of right flyout

    on right flyout under the layout tab
    see Pinning at the bottom
    select "none" for no pinning
