Navigation Bar (NavBar) Help

Yodels.

Need some simple help. And yes I've searched and can't find it in the forum.

Just need to figure out how to expand my navbar and also keep it centered under the banner. I want them to be the same width, so I'm asking how to increase the spacing between them to achieve this.

here's a photo of the homepage. This will be site wide.
