Hi! If I a pick a them I like and would love to add an extra content block, is that possible? If so, how can I do it?

Although, seen as you have a "Follow Me" content block there, I would presume that it may be a 'Entire Site' content block. You may be able to pick that (in the top right corner) and then you may be able to place content blocks.
