Yodels. When I send my portfolio to edtors and potential clients, I'd like for them to have a copy of my resume, references, and print portfolio with images & captions downloadable if they want a hard copy.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks in advance.

There is a way to do this using Google Drive or Dropbox, using a special download link and a form in a HTML contact block. It's quite complicated but it works for me. (I haven't quite got it all set up yet for me though.)

You can also build a page with text/images of your resume and information. You can then provide a link to that page. The text will also be searchable by search engines which is a bonus for you :)

After being very unhappy with the complications of dropbox and google drive, and with scribd, I happened upon this site:
    http://freepdfhosting.com/
For no fee one can host a few files. You can put a simple link in your html that, when the visitor clicks or right licks, downloads the file right there. The only drawback is that the file name itself gets converted to a series of numbers. I'm willing to live with that.
For any donation you can host more than a few files.

I've also noticed that when I did a test of this via dropbox, I got tons of spam. About 20 or 30 per day in just the past few day.

    Ugh.
