Folks,

I wanted to take a quick poll to see if people rent their studios and if so can you give some details on what the costs are and what the renter gets?

1) Do you rent your Studio out?
2) How much do you charge per Hour (and minimum)?
3) What is your metropolitan area?
4) Are lights included?
5) Do you have someone present when it is being rented?

Also if you have had any bad experiences I would also like to know...

Just do a search and you will find a number of studios for rent in the bay area with prices and equipment listed.
