Problems with Custom Hostname/Domain

I followed the instructions from this Smugmug support page for setting up a custom hostname/domain, but I am having a bit of an issue I was hoping someone could help me figure out.

To see the problem in action, type my domain name into your browser's address bar AND EXPRESSLY LEAVE OUT THE WWW. PORTION OF THE ADDRESS. Just enter this exactly: micahdiamond.com

Odds are it pulls up a blank page with an error message. But if you type in www.micahdiamond.com, it will properly resolve to show my smugmug photo gallery.

I use BlueHost to host my domain, and I've used their DNS Zone Editor tool to point my CNAME 'www' to domains.smugmug.com, and point my A Record '@' to 208.79.45.23

Micah, your domain works for me with or without the www. If I enter micahdiamond.com, it redirects correctly to the www version. It is possible that the DNS changes weren't propagated yet when you tried that yourself.

Works for me too. I'd wait 48 hours to see if it works for you. If not after that time period, then there may be a fault somewhere.
