Mobile / ipad site customisation

I've pretty much got my new site the way I want it to look on the computer. But it doesn't quite work on mobile devices, the ipad is ok in portrait view but in landscape my title bar text gets enlarged which I don't like.

Are there any customisation options for how the sites look on mobile devices specifically?
