Uploading Warning Message Bug

Hi,
When I've finished uploading photos, I've found when closing the dialogue (by pressing done), it comes up with another dialogue asking me to confirm I want to 'Cancel Uploads'. When I press yes, nothing happens but the upload process was definitely finished. The "Upload Complete" screen loads up.
I've seen this on multiple browsers, computers and Smugmug accounts.
