    I like #3 because it is beautiful with right amount of sharpness, bokeh is clear causing it to pop, light is directional and soft! If processing permitted, I might do localized edit and brighten the eye to get it to pop without going overboard and maybe increase highlight a touch.

    #2 for me came close.....but head is turned away....and the pier in the bokeh is too busy and blobby.
