This was put together in the last 10 minutes.
My DOF wasn't quite as far forward as it could be, but i'm tired and going to bed. There's another version of this shot where the background and card tilt angle weren't quite perfect, but the focus was.

I also see you've got more detail than the ad. I suppose they chopped out the inner terminals.
