How to sell w/o using designated photo labs

Is there a way to make a custom price list that is NOT attached to any of the lab choices Smugmug offers so we can make our own custom product/price list, have those orders e-mailed to us and then place the order ourselves with a different lab of our choosing?

Not through the smugmug shopping cart, but you could implement Lamah's Add a PayPal shopping cart to your SmugMug galleries customization.
