Fly weight fight

Interesting sequence with a tephritid fly Chetostoma cuvinerve male. I spotted one in a holly bush but it then spotted another one and what turned out to be a fight ensued (My eyes aren't good when I'm shooting without glasses and I thought at first they were mating). Seems they use those facial spines in the shoving match.
