Broken Smart Gallerys with Keywords

I've discovered a bug with creating Smart Galleries from images with keywords.

Let's say I have the following setup.

Gallery A with 100 images, 15 of which have the keyword "foo".
Also in Gallery A, another 35 images have the keyword "bar".
In Gallery A, there are 10 images which have both "foo" and "bar" keywords.

I want to create a gallery that has all images with keywords "foo" and "bar". Should I get a gallery of 50 images?

If you have multiple rules, the result depends on the match rules setting as well. It also may matter if the photos are in unlisted / password protected galleries depending on how you've set that privacy setting in the smart gallery setting.
It would be easier if you could include a specific link to your smart gallery so that we could take a look at it.
