Account settings keeps asking for password

Either in Legacy or NSM i can't access anything in the account settings without a password but when I add one it is just a loop. I can't view stats, style or business or anything...what is broken?

Have you tried emptying cache and cookies in your browser?

When you open the page, please choose your web browser from the list - > now follow the instructions - > after you finish close your browser and reopen it again.

Now try accessing your site.
