Text box border around

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to create a text box in About like:

http://www.georgehsia.com/about/

My goal is to create a bordered (rounded edge) text box so that my About text shows up properly:

Hi,
I cobbled together a solution using Sherlock Photography's Tabbed solution:

Anyone know how to control opacity of that box? Sorry I'm not much of a programmer. Thanks!

Try this. Remove this in red:

.sm-user-ui .sm-panel-content, .sm-user-ui .sm-panel-flat {
    [COLOR=Red]background-color: #212121;[/COLOR]
    border-color: #292929;
    }

Add this. Change the opacity (.5) to suit. The numbers (.5) go from 0 (transparent) to 1 (full). The '0,0,0' is the black code, and the .5 is the opacity code.

    [B]background: rgba(0,0,0,.5);[/B]
    border-color: #292929;
    }
