Viewing image at 100%, can't scroll left/right?

For the last few days or so (when I noticed it), if I go to various test photo galleries I have where you can view the photos at 100%, the scroll bar for up and down works fine, but it won't work for left and right. It always worked before and I don't recall ever seeing this happen.

I tried this on IE, Firefox and Chrome. Same problem on all of them and also the same thing happens on a different computer. So, as far as I can tell, it's not me....so is there some known problem with this currently on smugmug?
