Took these last year, two different PP style. Montreal is a nice city but the traffic is a killer. :beatwax

Pano from Mount Royal.

Cracking good pano in the first one. I'd love to see it in different light conditions. Second one is wonderfully strange in a post-apocalyptic way. Call me crazy, but that one bird in the sky is a huge attraction for me. :D

Thank you... Yeah the bird was at the right place at the right time. Can't recall if I planed it or not. ne_nau.gif Here is a night shot with different lens.

Both panos are terrific. I love Montreal. Traffic? It's bad in every North American city.

I like the panos... especially that last one. And I'm pretty picky when it comes to panoramic shots.

I'm not a huge fan of heavily tone-mapped images but it kind of works on that second shot. Part of me wishes the people weren't in the shot. Or better yet, would be cool if they were zombies. HAHA. Imagine that... a zombie picnic in the park. Laughing.gif.

Thank you Don... I'm from the Ottawa area and Montreal is the only "big" city that I sometime go to because it's not to far and the GF as family near there. So comparing to Ottawa, Montreal as killer traffic specifically the speedy Boulevard Metropolitain. But yeah you are right, traffic is bad all over... :marlin

Thank you Alex... I tend to go overboard with the tone mapping thing and I'm toning(pun) down on it haha But sometimes it works pretty good...:jose

Love the night pano. Great exposure and the building light adds a nice touch.
