    The first thing it says to me is either autopsy or wake.

    It's an interesting concept nonetheless and also interesting execution.

    If the objective was to get me to think about it, you've succeeded.

    The models is lying on stage for a drawing class with another model head to toe next to her. The man in the background was there as it was his birthday and his mother was an artist drawing the model. No influence over the lighting, model and most effects applied post processing.
