Organizer not working !

My organizer is not working on Google Chrome. It used to :wink

Something wrong with my computer ?

Hi Antonio,

I have checked your organizer and everything is working fine. Have you emptied cache and cookies in your browser?

I have some instructions here for you:

When you open the page, please choose your web browser from the list - > now follow the instructions - > after you finish close your browser and reopen it again.

Now try accessing your site and see if that helps.

I have cleared the browsing data and restarted Chrome.
The problem persists

I thought the heroes were always present but I am afraid they are not... :cry

The resolution to this issue was logging-out, then back-in, to SmugMug. The error code "invalid login" is an indication of this. Gotta love tempermental browsers :-)

Should I understand that you like best Safari for example ?

Or even Firefox perhaps...

I have used Safari in between...

I personally prefer Chrome - but I tend to use Firefox (for Firebug). Any 'major' browser (i.e. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE, etc) should work fine with SmugMug :-)

I was also having trouble using smugmug tonight. Had uploaded several images to a new gallery, got the download complete message, then everything disappeared except the menu. The tip to log out and then log back in worked. Phew!

Just minutes ago when logged out and all the photos in galleries disappeared. Back now.

Hello everybody

I have contacted the heroes and they sent me e-mails guiding me to solve the problem.

It is working fine now thanks to one of them.

In fact, I "went out" the Google account and when I "came in" back again everything was fine.

I can't understand why the help has not been done here instead of privately...
