Move navbar down ??

can anyone tell me how its possible to move the navbar down like in http://www.burkardphoto.com/ so part of my slideshow appears at the top ?? Thanks

Go to "Customize > Customize Site > Entire Site > Layout > Margins > Top Margin". Set to suit. He's using 20px.
