Default settings for Event favorite galleries

Maybe this is already possible and I just don't know how... but I'd like to be able to set default settings for event favorite galleries. For example, SmugMug vs a different style, like buttons, sharing options, etc.

Seems to me the favorite gallery should follow the same settings as the gallery the photos came from, but that doesn't necessarily seem to be the case when I look at the settings...
