Looks like this photo was captured in the afternoon hours. Am I correct? I think this image can really benefit from some color in the mountains and that would be enhanced with some early or late sunlight giving the mountains more drama. You have a very nice sharp image here. I would have liked to see the cactus in the lower right be revealed more as the foreground element and not running off the corner of the image. I think it also would balance the large upright cactus in the left mid ground of the photo. Moving the lens to the right more would also have eliminated the partial cactus that protrudes from the bottom left.
I like the shot. I agree with GTI about boosting the contrast--just raising the black point a bit should reduce the background haziness a bit and make the light more dramatic.

Stix, thanks for the feedback. You make some good points. This was actually taken just as the rising sun lit the cacti.
