Hi, OK, I admit it. I just worked these up real fast in order to say "HI"!

They are from yesterday. It was sincerely cold. The wind was blowing, this was morning, the water was kind of rough, but notice that the Little Blue is in calm waters........they are all on the lee side of the marsh grass: a natural windbreak.

    Brrrrr and rain
It's been cold, extremely damp, gloomy and raining off and on here in "sunny California."

At least it's forcing me to stay indoors and do some house cleaning...

The sun came out for 2 minutes, so I raced out to see if there were any rainbows. By the time I grabbed the camera and stepped out side in the falling light drizzle this was all that was left of the sun!

Thanks Phil. I had a devil of a time on cropping that one just right, my computer, or mouse, or something has gone berserk! The one with the reflection. And now that reflections are over, I have so many reflections.............everything is reflecting, smile.

Dee, sorry about your weather. We are supposed to get some rain back, but we went a long time with nothing but rain. Then it became winter! I mean cold! For me, it was colder than last year, probably because I "glowed" and my clothes were dampish, then the sun went down and I was nothing but cold with the north wind that blew in with the dark.

It has been a bit better, but I won't forget. When it was rainy it was warmer.

May we all have a bit of sun for the Holidays!

Nice series Ginger. The little blue heron was my favorite.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
