I have been making some changes to my site by adding a logo and entire site text boxes. While they look great on the computer, the use of multiple boxes looks awful on my iPad and phone.
Any helpful suggestions on things to combine, move, change, or add would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

You should probably set your menu to collapse for mobile. Right now when I look at your site choosing an ipad mini size on http://quirktools.com/screenfly all I can see is your header and your menu items. Even when I get something to show it's in a tiny space at the bottom of the screen.

> on the basic tab of the menu, scroll down and set "collapse for mobile" to on.

I use it too. In this case, I just resized the browser to replicate what Screenfly does. Neither one is 100% trustworthy, but it's good enough for me.

there are more links. I'd reduce the cell height of the drop cells.
Edit: Going full screen I see more drop cells that can not be seen on smaller screens.
