Need FTP info

Hi,

I need my ftp information for my account e-mailed to me as I would like to update some files on the back end and I do not seem to have the e-mail that should have been sent to me in the beginning of signing up.n Is there a way to get this information asap please?

As far as I know FTP support is not available from smug.

From the help page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93382-how-do-i-get-started-with-selling-:

Do you have FTP? Can you add files for me?
Nope. You'll need to use one of SmugMug's many upload choices.

Denise is correct, FTP is not available with SmugMug. Is there something specific you wanted to update/change? Including that information and a link to the page/pages you want to change can help us get you headed in the right direction.
