Help with new smugmug account

Hi, I'm new to smugmug and I just linked our school smugmug account to our webpage. When I am logged in the site looks good. But when I am logged out and go to site from our button on our webpage there is a HUGE box with a ? in it. I know this is my header picture that I put in as a jpeg from our website. Again, it looks great when I'm logged in, but when i go to site (like our students/parents/alumni) would - I'm not sure why this is happening to my header :( site name is trinitycathoolic.smugmug.com - hopefully you can help me!

    Try clearing your browser cache and restarting your browser. Make sure your browser is set to allow images to display.
    Also make sure your image is not in a private gallery.
