do you guys know where i can get an IR plug-in for PS CS2?? without paying...:dunno

    Color mixer (in PS) can be used to kind of simulate IR. You caould also look around in here - there might be something close:

    To my knowledge, no plug-in or action exists to faithfully simulate a real IR image. That is best done with a camera that is built for the purpose. A used Sony 717 or 828 come to mind, with the right lens filters added.

    I think action central has an action that might do the job. You can find it here. Look for Dave's IR Actions.

    BTW, I have never tried this action.
