Client Photo Selection

Forgive me if this has already been posted. Is there a way to select photos from SM? Frequently, I upload proofs to a password protected gallery and request that clients choose their final photos for editing. More often than not, some think they have made their selections with the thumbs up/down feature. Is there a way that clients can make their selections eltronically thur SM?
