Remove Horizontal scroll bar in Homepage!!!

Hi,

I need to remove Horizontal scroll bar in Homepage from my site - www.sudarshanmondal.com. This looks odd to me.

I have setup 3:1 ratio slideshow in the homepage with 100% width. But it is introducing horizontal scroll-bar which I don't like. Can you please suggest a way to get rid of it.

you have a -1 margin for the left and right on your slideshow and it's width is set to 100%. So essentially it's using 102% of your width.

I have tried with margin 0 in left and right, it is not helping - it is making no difference even if I set margin as 0 for both sides. With -1 margin, I am able to keep left side with no white space, slideshows is looking little good with that.

Is there any code that I can use to stop the horizontal overflow?

Hi, May I have any more response on this please? Please help on how to get rid of horizontal scroll... I have tried all possible way - no success.

I spent 1/2 hour trying to figure that out. I'll have to remember that.

Adding this caused my navigation menu to break. I have a multi-level menu, and the fly-out submenu items no longer rendered with this CSS. Probably an easy fix- will look into it when I get a chance.

Should be an easy fix but you don't need any code to hide a horizontal bar anyways, so no point adding it.
