Password Problems

My cousin has emailed me several times that she can not open my password protected galleries. I have a bunch of "family" galleries in my "people" section. All of these "family" galleries have the same password. I told her the passwords are case sensitive and she said she tried it three times - with small letters, with all caps, and with just the first letter capitalized. Nothing worked.
It works for me; it works from my husbands computer at work; it works for my daughter. I checked the password in the control panel and it's correct. What could the problem be? I asked her what browser she is using. Have not gotten a reply yet. I use Firefox. My husband uses Opera. Is there a problem with Netscape or Explorer?
Any ideas on what I can suggest to my cousin. My daughter had a problem one day when using the link in my email. She said the password worked OK after entering my site by typing it in the internet box instead of using my link. Why would that affect the password?
Appreciate any ideas.
Thanks

In the meantime, you can have them use http://snapapple.smugmug.com/ and they should not experience the password problems until you figure out how to fix it. Also, you might want to check out your site in Firefox/Windows as I see some things you might think are formatting problems.
Here's the warning I get when I go to http://susanappelphotography.com/.

Thanks,
I've done a search and it seems I have to make sure it is not masked and check out the CNAME thing on GoDaddy. I'm trying to figure that out now. Did you see formatting problems on my custom layout? Can you be specific? I have not seen any error pop-ups myself.

When I go to http://snapapple.smugmug.com/ in Firefox 1.5/Windows, this is what I see. Of note to me were the search box not lining up and part of your footer appearing to mix with the gallery icons. I didn't look at other screens, just noticed this on your home page.

BTW if you go via: snapapple.smugmug.com you'll never have a password problem - your visitors going via another domain name will have issues - esp with passwords - becuase they won't have the cookie and security needed for password validation.
Hi Snappy- yep. CNAME alias at Godaddy for your domain. Have it point to www.smugmug.com then put your www.domain.com name in your control panel>domain on SmugMug
It's all here:

And you can holler at me at help@smugmug.com if you want me to set it up for you myself on godaddy - I've done many and it's no trouble at all.
All the best,

Thanks Andy,
I took a stab at setting up the thing at GoDaddy. I think I did it right, but I'm not sure how to test it.
The one thing I'm not sure about now is, can I make it so that people can type in www.susanappel.com or www.susanappelphotography.com and get to my smugmug site either way. By just doing the forwarding thing on GoDaddy I thought it was working. But, this new way I can only put one domain name in my Smugmug control panel so it seems it won't work. I'd like to make it as easy as possible for people to get to my site. They keep forgetting the name and the passwords, sheesh!

You can only have one, I'm sorry. Looks like www.susanappelphotography.com is working great you set it up just fine.

I just tried to move that search box. I moved th </div> after the </form>. Now the box is on the same line as the header and squeezed on the right. It should be below the header and aligned on the left, I think. Can you help?
Also, why is the little circle with the dog squeezed in next to the galleries (see above)? It's supposed to be with the footer. I don't even see the footer bar in the screen grab above. Can you help?

How can I get the search box to go above the "galleries" heading, aligned on the left with the other things, not left aligned on the edge.
Thanks
