Greetings.

A cousin of a friend bought one of these fisheye lenses. He's very happy with it. Anyone else bought a lens from them?

It's a Russian brand and dirt cheap. $200 for a fisheye?:dunno

I have not had any deaings with rugfit however I have great dealing with Kiev Camera in Atlanta Ga.......Link: http://www.kievcamera.com/ great prices and service also.

Most "russian" cameras and lenses were coming from the Ukraine..the Arsenal in Kiev....the Arsenal produced mutions and also had a full blown Hassleblad Camera and Carl Zeiss lens factory with in its grounds......their cameras are excellent quality and so are the lenses...excellent glass. they have some great shift lens and son also...a couple of new companies have spurred off tht take an original desing and "upgrade" with tighter tolerences.....Hartblei amd Arax are 2 such companies.

I've been using my Peleng 8mm fisheye and it's a very fun lens. I did find that it's nothing near the optical quality of my standard zoom but the lens is still very decent for $200.
