Leaving the Legacy site behind!

I hope everyone is well. I've fought the urge to transition to the new SmugMug for quite some time & have made the decision to leave the Legacy site behind. :dunno I've settled on the "Dina" design & am wondering if I'm able to add both the blue vertical line & the background strip from my old legacy site (see concept below). Thanks!!!

Yes, you could use some CSS like this for the blue line:

/* Make the left sidebar have a blue right border */
.sm-page-layout-region-left {
  border-right: 3px solid #00F !important;
}

Change the color/# of pixels to what you want.

Background could be done using:

.sm-page-layout {
  background-image:url('http://www.yourwebsite.com/images/paper.gif') !important;
}
