Are these black-bellied whistlers?

Hi Everyone!
This was an early morning high ISO shot of two ducks that I THINK are Black-bellied Whistler ducks. Anyone know if this is right? Thanks for any comments and suggestions for improvement. Does the exposure look right to you, or is it too dark?

Best, Pam

Chris, that compliment from you, the Duck Whisperer, makes my year! And thank you so much for helping with the ID. A couple of people around here thought they were Fulvous Tree Ducks, so I really appreciate your helping sort that out! Best, Pam

I had not been on the site in a while and seen ducks had to click on it and someone should use this for a Duck ID photo because of the stances of the birds you get two views of the plumage.
This one made me say wow when I first saw it, speaks to me Quack Quack, oh wait they are Whistlers.

Thanks, Pear! I have only seen them once before, and then from too great a distance. I love ducks too, but they don't love me. They almost always fly off just as I arrive! Best, Pam
