Smugmug account been removed!!!

I've had an issue with amazon payments due to my bank card being changed. Subsequently my smugmug subscription payment didn't get paid.

Smugmug have decided to remove my account. I cannot even log in under the free account to renew my subscription! Months of hard work getting my site the way I wanted it potentially lost forever.

If any Smugmug heros pick this up, please help me get my site back ASAP!

    Phew...suddenly now I can log on to renew.

    Damn that was scary!!

    Please know if that ever happens again, just email the help desk from the email address on your SmugMug account and we can get you back up and running. Your site may go offline, but your content would not be gone. We do offer a grace period to recover your account.
