Mr. Emerson was correct! Despite drought in CA, Earth is laughing up a storm! All of these flowers are wild-flowers, and almost all are minuscule, nothing more than a pleasant patch of colored dots on the ground!

i do like them all, but i prefer #11 and all of the lizard shots. That lizard is just awesome :-)
As for the other flower shots, and the fly, i think your flash is too hard. Are you using a diffuser?

Thanks Bas! I think you could have gotten the little jumping spider crystal clear. I wanted it and final outcome looked like an abstract, but I do see why it should be one or the other.
Thanks Silvio! I did use diffuser, the kind you plug onto your flash. I do have bit bigger box looking one and will try it next time.
