smugmug not uploading pics

trying to add photos, says received 0 files....

    What uploader, Troy? What size files, etc. Just checked the queue, all seems fine.

    its now working but it was down for a few minutes or even longer..... i tried several times using the standard uploader with jpeg files < 1000 KB

    Did the same thing to me twice...

    they were 12 meg jpg's using IE 6... XP Pro...

    it would upload... then say 0 files received... I would then start it over and it would work....

    using the drag and drop method...

    happened once from work and once from home.

    actually its not working right now correctly. it just uploaded two of the same images even though i chose two different pictures.... headscratch.gif

    Troy, log out, clear your cookies and empty your cache (temp files). Close and restart Firefox. ear.gif

    I've had some simular issues. recently I uploaded 2 photo and they completed where normally you'd get the Processing Image icon but they never showed. Like they uploaded and disappeared. I just re uploaded them right away and they worked fine the 2nd time. ne_nau.gif
