Eyebrow House

I don't think I've ever photographed a house before that
wasn't decrepit, falling down, abandoned, or a near ruin.
As with automobiles, my interests are in the rusty and
old, not the new and shiny.
This house, though, appeals to me. It's called "The
Eyebrow House" because of that dormer window in
the roof. It's in Lake Helen, Florida, and was built
in 1893.
Black and white works for me because the color
version looks too much like a real estate ad photo.
It's a little "crispy" looking, but post was a problem
All those trees create a mass that detract from
seeing the house. Increasing detail/structure
breaks up the trees, but creates its own problem.
