Managed to get a better angle than an earlier effort, where the eyes are visible, but with tubes on a 100, it still can't make the sharpness of a 65...

Good one Paul. With the effective magnification you are using , suspect you would need to be shooting at F6.3/F7.1 to sharpen the pictures up a bit (and of course loose DOF).
