I assume the flower of the variegated laurel must be sweet as it attracts plenty of insects - including this bluebottle today:

    Got same gear Paul, but so far haven't found a way to get this close! What are you not telling me!:D

    Patience is a virtue. And I have bucket loads of it if I'm in the mood. I used 2 extension tubes and cropped this to vertical from horizontal for impact.
