Hello,

I'm quite a bit slow in transition from legacy to new Smugmug site. I would like to achieve the same layout as on my existing one, on the new site. Can you please direct me to links how to achieve? My main goals are;

1. Have a customized logo at the top.
2. Menu below the logo.
3. Slide show on the main page.
4. Once someone clicks on Galleries, gallery pages shown below the slid show.

Thanks in advance.

    You'll want to place a logo and menu content elements on "Entire Site" and a slideshow content element on your home page.

    I'd recommend that you take a look at some of the tutorials on at http://school.smugmug.com/SmugMug-Tips.
    Start with this one - http://school.smugmug.com/SmugMug-Tips/SmugMug-In-5-Minutes-or-Less.

    It looks like it will be pretty straightforward for you to convert to new smug. For a straight conversion you will need a header and a menu on Entire Site, a single photo on your homepage, a page for your guestbook (you will be able to move your existing guestbook comments to your new page). You can use the standard /browse page for your galleries page or you can create a page that contains folders & galleries. Your portfolio page will again be a page with folders and galleries.

    Post back with specific questions as needed.

    I'm not sure what you're asking here?

    If you're asking about adding a slideshow, just drag a slideshow content block to the page where you want the slideshow. Then select the options for that slideshow.

    OK. Instead of working on my own site, I ended up working on a new site for my temple. The URL for the new site is http://parami-usa.smugmug.com. I want to make that new site look like my site, http://kaitcilla.smugmug.com.

    Basically, I want profile/logo on top, menu and slide show on the Home Page. Menu buttons should include Home, Photo Galleries and Video Galleries. If someone clicks on Photo Galleries, I wan to show the photo folders/galleries below the slide show, everything else is the same.

    I cannot figure out how to "duplicate" the Home Page to Photo Galleries page.

    Thanks.
