Mobile app questions

Hi, I have 2 questions about the mobile app.
First is there away to display the image number and second is there a way to download a photo to a smart phone from the mobile app..

I'm always getting customers viewing on mobiles but unable to give me the image number they want :/

    Which mobile app are you using? Android or iPhone as they are a bit different in functionality.

    Hard to say as depends on what my customers use as im a event tog so deal with hundreds of people, but I'm always getting them say the same things to me, can't see image numbers and can't download pictures to there phone. I'm using a iPhone and also can't see numbers or able to download images..
