I am doing a benefit shoot for some parents at my daughter's school who's 3 yr. old son just had his 2nd open heart surgery. I want to load the pictures to a gallery and allow the customer to download their 5-10 favorite (I haven't decided on the number yet).

Does SM have a way to set a PIN/Code so that it can be used for X # of downloads before expiring? I know I can set the cost at $0 and they can download for free, but that's not what I want to do.

I don't see a coupon code that would allow that on smug's help page - http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93347.

You might consider having the customer select the photos, then load them into a password-protected gallery that allows downloads. If you have a business account you could set up an event and allow the customer to mark their favorites (http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/83125-can-my-customers-mark-their-favorites-), then use that selection to create the second gallery.

As Denise explains, we really don't have the capability to do this. You'd need to do it manually in 2 steps, having the buyers contact you to arrange payment. Then setting up a zero cost download galleries. Or using the Events option, Denise mentions, where buyers can mark their favorites to set up the download galleries.

What about the "Download All" menu item that is in Legacy Smugmug. Has that been eliminated in New Smugmug?
