Why do my videos degrade substantially as they play?? I don't know if it's a Smugmug glitch or a problem in my flash software. Here's an example---

There seems to be a "hiccup" and the quality goes downhill fast.

It's their player that is garbage. Click download and view their converted MPG4 in Win Med Player, much better.
