Lightroom plugin errors

I totally cannot get my lightroom plugin to work for most of the last 24 hours or so, I updated it. Just getting errors. Is anyone else having a problem? I am using LR3.6

Hi Sheri,

Can you please provide the errors that you are receiving ?

Also, you should really contact the helpdesk rather than posting here, as you will most likely get a quicker response.

so yeah I would have done that if I knew how.... but here is what the solution was.... the errors could not be fixed and they had to debug the plugin update and that is what was causing the errors, all is working now or at least it was the last time I needed it, it took almost a whole day to get it working again, but I did have communication with support and it still took many hours and lots of frustration. thank you for attempting to help.
