I need a designer

I find even the new smugmug to be confusing to me to design my site. Does anyone know of a web master I can pay to get my site up and looking good?

Zenfolio has a person that will build a site for me on Zenfolio but I prefer staying with Smugmug. I have a pro site with shopping cart.

Any referals you can help me wit.
