Create new watermark?

What am I missing? I thought I knew how to create a new watermark, then I double checked in Smugmug help for the instructions to see if something had changed in New Smugmug (current as of 3/31/2014 - http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93156-how-do-i-create-transparent-watermarks-)

Click the Wrench under the photo, go to Photo Tools and Make Into Watermark.
But here is the Menu I see under Image Tools:

Am I going blind? Are the updated instructions wrong? I know this is how we used to do it!

    Those instructions are wrong and I'll pass it along to our help writers. When we updated the tool for watermarks that way of creating them was removed. It is done through your account settings now on the Business ~> Branding tab.
