Logo - Not shrinking to fit browser window

I noticed that my logo isn't shrinking to fit a minimized browser window. Everything else on the page shrinks to fit, so the logo looks goofy on a smaller page. Any suggestions on how to make the logo fit?

    I'm keen for a solution to this too. Everything scales just fine until we get to tablet sizes, then I get social media icons overlaying my logo.

    @Shinrya that is because you are using percentage widths, but the logo stays at the size of the image that it is embedded at. If you use the single photo image that may scale with your page.

    @Eric - My problem is fixed! I decreased the size of my logo a bit (which looks better anyway), and now it's shrinking to fit on a minimized browser.
